Directions

Preheat the oven at 380°F.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder and chili flakes. Add the salmon and turn it over many times. Let it soak in the bowl for 10 minutes.

Deposit the salmon pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Poor some sauce on the top and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
