Vegetarian Chili with Beans and Veggie Crumbles

Healthy one pot vegetarian chili with beans and veggie crumbles.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 red mini pepper chopped
- 1 orange mini pepper chopped
- 1 yellow mini pepper chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 12 oz package of Morningstar Farm Grilled Crumbles
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Super Veg
- 1 packet Sazon Goya
- 1 15.5 oz canned black beans drained
- 1 15.5 oz canned kidney beans drained
- 1 15.oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon agave
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 piece scallions
- 4 sprig cilantro

Directions
- Step 1
Add oil to a large soup pot and place over medium-high heat. Heat oil for 2 minutes.
- Step 2
Add onion and peppers and pinch of salt. Cook for 4 minutes until softened but not brown.
- Step 3
Add Morningstar Farms crumbles and cook for 6 minutes.
- Step 4
Stir in chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, super veg, sazon and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir constantly.
- Step 5
Add black beans, kidney beans and tomato sauce. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Step 6
Remove from heat and stir in agave and ketchup.
- Step 7
Garnish with scallions and cilantro (optional)
- Step 8
*If you cannot find super veg, you can use salt to taste.
