I worked on this for many years, eating in Chinese restaurants, trying to make the same real Chinese food and discover the secret ingredients, that they put into the food to taste like real Chinese food. So, that's it. —Sára Mašínová

Ingredients
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 green onions
  • 6 oyster mushrooms or 5 champignon
  • rapeseed oil
  • sea salt
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil or to taste (relatively a lots of it, it really makes The taste)
  • 2 teaspoons potato starch
  • 2 cups ROUND RICE
  • 4 cups WATER
Directions
  1. Pour the rapeseed oil onto wok pan. Slice green onions and put it on the oil, a little bit fry it, add zucchini UNPEELED, SLICED ON WHEELS AND QUARTERS and a little peaces of mushrooms (very little).. Fry, till its fried a little, everything soft and oil-coated. Add 4 tablespoons of sesame oil 4 tablespoons of soya sauce and salt. Add 3 CUPS water and cook for 15 minutes. Add whole potato starch and more sesame oil, or soya sauce to taste or salt it to be just right for your taste. And cook more 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT RICE: Put 2 cups of round rice, not washed, into a pot, cover it with 4 cups of cold water, add salt so as the water is salty and cook till it`s ready, like 10 minutes, sometimes stir
