A flavorful, flaky, Asian style salmon recipe bursting with flavor. Start by making a simple marinade, and then bake the salmon to perfection. —Dash of Amy

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 Wild caught salmon filets
  • 2 mandarin oranges juiced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (squeezeable paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
  1. Place salmon filets in a fairly shallow bowl or tupperware for the marinade to cover the fish.
  2. Mix remaining marinade ingredients together and whisk vigorously.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes if time allows.
  4. Line a baking dish with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Carefully place the salmon in the dish, and pour the marinade over the top.
  6. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes. (Mine done in 15)
