An adapted one pan spaghetti substituting a rainbow of cherry tomatoes, sautéed onions and lightly dried basil because the store was out of fresh basil. I used less onion and garlic for my taste. —Kay Fletcher

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti
  • 12 ounces Wild Wonders gourmet medley cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Thinly sliced yellow onion, sautéed
  • 3 Cloves garlic, halved
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden lightly dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Add spaghetti to the middle of a large, flat-sided pan so it lays flat.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes on each side and top with sautéed onions, garlic, salt, olive oil, and red pepper flakes
  3. Pour 4 1/2 cups water over all ingredients and boil over high heat, tossing frequently with tongs until pasta is al dente, and most of the water has evaporated; about 10 minutes.
  4. Divide into 4 bowls and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
