If you bake these for 5 mins as instructed, it does not matter how long they sit after, they will not be baked. This is cookie dough warmed up. If you’re into that, cool. I am not lol
9-11 minutes was perfect like most cookies, but I only got one good round out of it as I had to attempt a different baking time each round…. So one star for how much I wasted following the recipe. Wish I could submit the photos of how awful the first two rounds came out.

Oh my stars and garters, but these are VERY good. Pretty sweet, so the salt of top is a good idea, but either way -- YUM

You realise a recipe made entirely made of ghee would still contain dairy as ghee is nothing but dehydrated butter?

I thought ghee was melted butter with the milk solids removed...hence dairy free, yes? And WHAT no eggs?

It's not technically dairy-free, of course, but it is lactose-free. That's exactly what ghee does, it removes the milk solids...it's usually a safer option for people who are lactose intolerant. That's probably all they meant. No need to sound smug :)
