Hello, welcome to my food blog. My name is Wenxin Huan, here is a photo of myself. The reason why I want to be a chef is is simple. I want to combine different cultures’ cuisine together. With the basic of western cuisine, I would like to add some exotic elements to enrich them and make them more diverse. I am currenting not working at hospitality industry. But this year is going to be my first year participate in Culinary industry. My philosophy of cooking is “simple and taste”, use the best but simple ingredients to create the xxx flavor. Nowadays, internet is the best way to advertise widely. People likes finding dishes on internet and write review about restaurants. By writing blogs, I will gain more experience about writing attractive blogs, learning other bloggers’ method of advertising food.
