What You'll Need
Mint Leaves (finley cut)
Plain Greek Yogurt
Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and marinade with ingredients (olive oil, harissa, black pepper, Mediterranean salt, lime juice, cumin, paprika, thyme, mint leaves, dill, minced garlic, white wine) for 20 minutes. Then in a hot skillet pour chicken until fully cooked (you may add more olive oil to skillet).
Sweet Tzatziki - In a small bowl mix (Greek Yogurt, Honey, Olive Oil, Fresh Dill, Ouzo).
Place Chicken on Greek Flatbread with some mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and drizzle Tzatziki and Feta.
Add Hummus (if desired)
