Ingredients

1 cup
cooked and shredded chicken

1/2 cup
red & green grapes (each), chopped

allergy friendly mayonnoise, as required

1/2 cup
celery, thinly sliced

red apple, chopped

salt & pepper, to taste

green onion, thinly sliced

gluten free bread slices, as required
Directions

Boil the chicken with salt and pepper. Let it cool then shred.

Cut up all the vegetables and fruits.

Mix all the ingredients together, except the bread. Adjust the seasoning.

Spread on a piece of gluten free bread, make a sandwich and enjoy.
