Lemon and herbs chicken

This recipe is very easy to make, healthy and delicious (approved but the fiancé). You can prepare it for a lunchbox, it’s perfect! For the side, you can try it with brown rice or quinoa if you prefer. —Tasty and Frenchy

What You'll Need
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Chop the parsley and cut in pieces the chicken. Mix the juice of one lemon, olive oil and parsley. Add the chicken pieces and let it for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour everything in pan at medium heat and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes add some salt and pepper. The chicken will be tender.
  3. For the side, I choose pasta, you can reserve some juicy preparation and pour in the pasta, it will be good.
