Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4,5 ounces dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
Directions
  1. Wish the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a little bit white.
  2. Melt the butter and add it with the milk to the eggs and sugar mixture. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Pour the half of the mixture into another bowl. In one of this add vanilla extract.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or "au bain marie". And pour it in the second bowl.
  5. Now, butter the mold. And here the fateful phase! You can add the two mixture at the time but each on one side or you can pour some of one first, then some of the other, and the other, etc.
  6. Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 350°F.
