Elise Peterson's go-to spinach side is sautéed in butter and garlic and served at room temperature.
Ingredients
- 100 gram butter
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 bag of spinach
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 lemon, squeezed

Directions
- Step 1
Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the smashed garlic clove. Throw in the spinach, and turn the heat down. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
- Step 2
Turn off the heat and finish with a generous seasoning of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.
