Ingredients
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
Directions
  1. Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the smashed garlic clove. Throw in the spinach, and turn the heat down. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  2. Turn off the heat and finish with a generous seasoning of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.

Delicious! My favorite spinach by far! Do you really use 100g of butter tho? I weighed 3 tablespoons of butter and it was about 32 grams, and I used that amount... 9 tablespoons of butter seemed a bit much.
