Ingredients

butter

garlic clove, smashed

bag of spinach

1 pinch
Himalayan pink sea salt

lemon, squeezed
Directions

Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the smashed garlic clove. Throw in the spinach, and turn the heat down. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.

Turn off the heat and finish with a generous seasoning of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.
