1. Press sautés button and heat the oil in the instapot.
2. Add garlic and stir until both are translucent.
3. Add beans, water and herbs.
4. Press bean cook button.
5. When done puree the beans and set-aside.
1. Press sautés button on instapot and add oil.
2. Saute rice until lightly brown.
3. Add thyme and when fully mixed with rice add bean puree.
4. Turn off sautés and place lid on instapot, press on high pressure for 6 minutes.
5. When done, release pressure and enjoy!
