A delicious Asian burger with soy sauce, ginger, and cilantro, finished off with a red cabbage cole slaw that is jam packed with flavor. —Dash of Amy

fresh ginger (or squeezeable paste)

fresh cilantro, finely chopped

- Red Cabbage Slaw

head red cabbage, cut in large strips

carrots, peeled

1/2
cucumber, peeled

green onions, sliced thin

2 tablespoons
brown sugar

wasabi paste

2 tablespoons
soy sauce

fresh ginger

brown rice vinegar

Directions
- Burgers

Combine burger ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to incorporate the ingredients.

Shape into mini patties.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Cook burgers 4-5 minutes on each side until done.
- Red Cabbage Slaw

Shred the cabbage, carrots, and cucumber in a food processor, or using a shredder. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Place a burger in a mini bun and top generously with the slaw mixture.
