black pepper powder

Preheat the oven to 350 o F.
Drain and pat dry the chickpeas. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Sprinkle all the spices and oil then mix. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in the center of the oven for 35 minutes, until golden, shaking gently half way in between.
