This is a quick, easy and allergy friendly oven roasted chickpeas recipe, that can be made as spicy as you want. Ideal for a school snack or even an after school snack. Get the recipe here. —Limitless Allergies

Ingredients

540 milliliters
chickpea (1 can)

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon
salt

1/4 teaspoon
coriander powder

2 tablespoons
olive oil
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 o F.

Drain and pat dry the chickpeas. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Sprinkle all the spices and oil then mix. Spread into a single layer.

Roast in the center of the oven for 35 minutes, until golden, shaking gently half way in between.
