Another idea for meat lovers who are looking for cutting down on carbs and those who are looking for gluten free meal and do not wish to eat bread it is wise to have meat shavings served on a plate with Tahini drizzle, hummus, tabbouleh, fattoush, tomatoes and cucumber salad and pickles which makes it more attractive.
Approximately a pound of meat serves 4-6 sandwiches/plates depending on the amount of meat needed for the plate or sandwich.
