Author Notes
It’s a yearly tradition for me to grab a bottle of that sparkling apple cider while in line purchasing my Thanksgiving ingredients, so that I can sip while I cook. The Balvenie’s 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask Scotch makes it an even more special chef’s treat that I can share with my guests during the actual dinner. —Irene Yoo
