very good and easy to whip up. Mine did not look quite as elegant and flat as these, probably since I used regular semi-sweet chips (a bit more kid friendly than bittersweet).

These were easy to make and so delicious. Wonderfully chewy & deeply chocolaty. Will definitely make again.

SO GOOD. Made about 5 new cookie recipes this Christmas and this was by far my favorite. Froze some balls of dough rolled in sugar and they were just as good as the fresh ones, just took a couple extra minutes in the oven

This was one of 3 Holiday cookies I chose from this collection. These are getting rave reviews, a definite keeper. Thank you!

Do these bake off okay if you freeze the balls, then roll in sugar before baking? Should I put them in frozen, or bring to room temp first? Thanks

These seem impossibly soft at just 12 minutes, but they set up nicely as they cool. Great flavor and texture!

I'm going to try these...balls are easier than cutouts or slice and bake....and I'm looking for easy but terrific chocolate. What would you think about rolling them in turbinado sugar instead of white? Gilding the lily???
