A vegan cheese alternative made with cashew nuts, garlic, fresh and dry yeast, apple cider vinegar and sea salt, which you can refine with herbs or spices. —Tastes Like Green Spirit

  • Prep time 4 hours
  • Cook time 5 minutes
  • Serves 400 g
  • 400 grams cashew nuts
  • 1 piece clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cube fresh nutritional yeast
  • 1 pinch chili
  • salt, pepper to taste
In This Recipe
  1. 1. Place cashew nuts in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for at least 4 hours.
  2. 2. Rinse and blend with all other ingredients, until smooth and creamy.
