Author Notes

This is a recipe of spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce, with vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
-One bag of thin fine spaghetti
-One tin of smashed tomatoes, or freshed tomatoes from groceries smashed in blender
-Two green fresh peppers
-One tin of mushrooms
-One onion
-Three small slices of garlic cut to tiny pieces
-One teaspoonfull of salt, and half of it of pepper
-Three tablespoonful olive oil
-One small glass or better 2/3 of glass of red wine
-One small teaspoonful of sugar
-White or yellow grained cheese

PREPARATION :
-We put spaghetti in a big casserole and let them boil, at round 200 C, till they are well done.-Then we shrink spaghetti accordingly to remove water, and put them on a big flat plate by arranging with a spoon.
SAUCE PREPARATION:
-We put tomatoes as above in a medium size casserole, and we add some water, round 2/3 of cup. Then we add oil, and we let all this boil for up to 10 min at 170 C. Then we cut onion and garlic as above. We add mushrooms, if possibly cut in the middle, being small anyway, and then we add peppers also cut to small pieces.
We let all this boil, till tomatoes are almost done, or bit more than half done. Then we add salt, pepper, sugar and wine by mixing, and let whole mixture get well done, till some vapor comes out. Then before end, we turn off stove, to leave it for a short while afterwards.
Sauce is now ready to pour over spaghetti and mix it, by adding cheese. (Or cheese is added by each person, to his will, thus each one can put as much quantity of cheese as he wants.
This portion is for four persons.
This food can be eaten on its own, or in summer served with cold beer.
Good appetite!
