Easy and quick ground beef filling recipe for tacos. Serve with dairy free cheese shreds and your favorite kind of taco shell. —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

1 pound
ground beef

onion, chopped

cloves garlic

salt, to taste

2 tablespoons
oil

2 teaspoons
cumin
-
2 teaspoons
coriander
-
black pepper powder, to taste

1
green chili
-
3 tablespoons
tomato paste

2 tablespoons
hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
-
green olives as required

dairy free cheese, as required
Directions

Gently rub the vegetables under cold running water. Then peel and cut up the vegetables.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the green chili and chopped garlic until fragrant.

Add the meat and spices then continue to cook until brown. Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, after handling the raw meat.

Then add the tomato and hot sauces, stir until mixed.

Lastly add the rest of the vegetables cook further for 2 minutes or until softened. Take off heat. Heat up the taco as per package instructions. Fill with meat and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
