These Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Pancakes are gluten free, egg free and dairy free. Also delicious, light and fluffy. —Limitless Allergies

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dairy free milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • dairy free chocolate chips, as required
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Pour about 2 tablespoon of batter onto the pan. Cook until bottom is golden brown.
  3. Gently flip pancake with a spatula and cook until second side is golden brown. Remove from pan, and serve immediately with toppings of choice.
