A powerful combination of ingredients blended in a smoothie! Reds, greens, flax seeds, yogurt, and frozen fruit make a healthy and delicious wellness shake. —Dash of Amy

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 cups apple juice (or juice of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons beet powder
  • 1 tablespoon greens powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
Directions
  1. Add ice cubes to the blender first.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more juice if necessary to reach desired consistency.
