Ripe bananas, mashed

3/4 cup
Honey

3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil

Egg

1/2 cup
2 TBSP Milk

2 1/2 cups
All-purpose flour

3 teaspoons
Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
Salt

Baking soda
Directions

Preheat oven to 325.

Place bananas in a large bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add honey, milk, egg and oil and stir to combine.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir just until combined.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick or wooden skewer comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting on a wire rack to cool.
