This simple Greek salad combines fresh spinach and iceberg lettuce for a supreme combination as the base of the salad. Directions
- Greek Salad

Place spinach in a large salad bowl, then add the iceberg lettuce and mix together with your hands.

Layer the cucumbers, onions, olives, tomatoes, feta, and peppers.
