tin of Scout lobster

package of cream cheese

1/4 cup
of mixed soft herbs ( Dill, tarragon, parsley, basil)

lemon

1 cup
aged white cheddar
Directions

In a stainless steel bowl, whisk cream cheese, drained and chopped Scouts’ Lobster, fresh herbs and lemon juice.

Place into an ovenproof dish and cover with grated aged white cheddar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden on the edges.

Slice baguette in thin slices and brush with the oil and butter from the tin.

Bake alongside the dip for approximately 7-10, platter, garnish and enjoy while hot.
