Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1.5 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce grilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 muddled strawberry
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 1 slice of grilled pineapple
Directions
  1. To make grilled pineapple juice: slice one pineapple into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that pineapple doesn't stick. Char pineapple slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish, and juice remaining slices.
  2. Combine Cointreau, bourbon, grilled pineapple juice, lime juice and muddled strawberry into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and a sliced strawberry.
