A Recipe of Fried Zucchini

This recipe is very easy, it's of mine, in combination with knowledge already of other similar foods; it is very delicious and you can make on your own at home:

-4-6 zucchini (for 3-5 persons)
-one cup fresh milk
-one egg
-half cup flour for cooking
-grained white or yellow cheese

We take the zucchini and we cut them in small round slices, besides spreading them with salt
-We then put the milk in a big bowl, and we break en egg inside mixing with fork; then when all this becomes or almost becomes a mix, we add flour, taking care to leave the stuff a bit sticky, like a little sticky pastry, then we mix all this, till everything is absorbed, and we have prepared pan with oilive oil in the meantime on stove.
We sink each zucchini or many of them together in above mix, then when oilive oil starts being hot on stove we put slowly all zucchini to fry them: We are always there to fix with a big fork the slices of fried zucchini! Note, that slices are not all done at the same time, thus we throw in pan, portions of say 5-7 slices of zucchini each time, we reverse pieces, and those well fried, -take care that food is not burnt in so hot olive oil; We have set in the meantime also a big flat plate with paper small towels from kitchen, and we put few by few till all is done so, on this flat plate with paper towel, so that most of olive oil is absorbed by paper towel, and zucchini does not become too oily. Our food is ready, we then serve in a big deep bowl or plate, by spreading grained cheese over slices of already fried zucchini. It's a food mostly for summer, and we can also drink cold beer together.
The other way, is just cut the zucchini to slices and fry it directly in olive oil, but above recipe is much more delicious.
