Author Notes

You can find Tzatziki in almost all Greek restaurants in summer, and Turkey also, but it's an hors-d-oeuvre you can also make on your own at home, in summer
INGREDIENTS
-One tin of fresh yogurt you can also buy in Super Market
-Two pinches garlic
-Half fresh cucumer, one cucumber cut to two big pieces
-Olive-oil
-Half pinch of anithon you can find in groceries

Preparation
-You can the garlic to small pieces, but as they need to be very small you can also blend them to make small pieces
-You cut the whole cucumber to half, then peel it, and cut it to very small pieces also, but you can optionally blend it/
-You cut the anithon bunch to very small pieces
-You put the yogurt to a big or medium size bowl or deep plate form glass, and add up to five tea spoonfull olive oil
-Then you add all the rest, as described above and mix with a big spoon or fork, so that all ingredients are absorbed by yogurt.
It's now ready to serve, and can escort plates of roasted or baked meat, usually.
