muddled grilled mango slices

To grill the mango: Slice one mango into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that mango doesn't stick. Char the mango slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish.

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the ingredients. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake. Fine Strain the cocktail into a chili salt rimmed rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a mango slice and bouquet of mint.
