Grilled Mango Margarita

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 3 muddled grilled mango slices
Directions
  1. To grill the mango: Slice one mango into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that mango doesn't stick. Char the mango slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the ingredients. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake. Fine Strain the cocktail into a chili salt rimmed rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a mango slice and bouquet of mint.
