Made these tonight and they were so delicious! That cilantro-mint chutney is the perfect tangy condiment to go with them. Love this recipe!

I made these for a Labor Day party and they were a huge hit. Very easy to make and so delicious. I will be making these again soon.

Love this variation on the aloo tikki with peas! The addition of the chaat masala was wonderful. Just a tip on the chutney - I make extra and freeze it in small amounts. It defrosts nicely so you always have it on hand.

These are delicious! The amount of scallions wasn't listed so I used 3, chopped fine. I also had to tweak the chutney quite a bit to make it palatable. Added 1T coconut oil, quite a bit more sweetener (used coconut sugar) and small amount of water, it ended up more like a sauce than a chutney but was very good with the tikkies. Next time I will double the recipe as these went very fast.

AH! I am sorry about that—a glitch in our system (that we're getting fixed!) cut off that ingredient. Chetna's recipe calls for 6 scallions! But really any amount that you prefer will work great.
