  • Prep time 5 minutes
  • Cook time 20 minutes
  • Serves 2
  • Oat crumble
  • 100 grams flour
  • 75 grams butter
  • 35 grams brown sugar
  • 35 grams white sugar
  • 50 grams oat
  • Plum filling
  • 150 grams sliced plum
  • 10 grams corn starch
  • 30 grams sugar
In This Recipe
  1. With your fingers combine flour and butter until it reaches a ¨sandy¨texture.
  2. Add both sugars and oats. Combine until it becomes crumbly, set aside.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and pour into your baking dish. Top with the crumble. Bake at 180°C for 25 min.
