Ingredients
- Oat crumble

100 grams
flour

75 grams
butter

35 grams
brown sugar

35 grams
white sugar

50 grams
oat
- Plum filling

150 grams
sliced plum

10 grams
corn starch

30 grams
sugar
Directions

With your fingers combine flour and butter until it reaches a ¨sandy¨texture.

Add both sugars and oats. Combine until it becomes crumbly, set aside.

Combine all the ingredients and pour into your baking dish.
Top with the crumble. Bake at 180°C for 25 min.
