What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds, ground
  • 0.5 cups Oat bran
  • 0.5 cups Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Basil (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 cup Water (add a little at a time)
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup Yam, grated
  • 1/3 cup Oil
Directions
  1. Mix in a bowl: sunflower seeds, oat bran, nutritional yeast, parsley, basil, thyme, salt.
  2. Combine in a food processor and add to mix: water, onion, garlic, tamari.
  3. Add yam and oil and combine evenly, until think but still a little runny.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until browned.
  5. Cool in fridge to solidify.
