Ingredients

1 cup
Sunflower seeds, ground

0.5 cups
Oat bran

0.5 cups
Nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon
Dried parsley (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)

1 teaspoon
Basil (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)

1 teaspoon
Thyme (or 3 tsp fresh chopped)

0.5 teaspoons
Salt

3/4 cup
Water (add a little at a time)

1 cup
Onion, chopped fine

1 cup
Yam, grated

1/3 cup
Oil
Directions

Mix in a bowl: sunflower seeds, oat bran, nutritional yeast, parsley, basil, thyme, salt.

Combine in a food processor and add to mix: water, onion, garlic, tamari.

Add yam and oil and combine evenly, until think but still a little runny.

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until browned.

Cool in fridge to solidify.
