It's apple season! I always end up with too many apples this time of year. One day apple picking and I have enough to last me until January. One can only do so much apple cider, pie, and crumble. But look no further—because we're making a super simple, gooey Baked Brie with honey-glazed cinnamon apples and pecans!
This recipe is sweet, buttery and decadent. And bonus points: It'll make your kitchen smell like an autumnal dream. —Marissa Mullen

-
1
wheel of Brie or Camembert

1/2
gala apple, roughly chopped
-
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
-
2 tablespoons
honey
-
1/4 cup
pecans
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350F. Unwrap brie and place on an oven safe dish.
-
In a small bowl, combine chopped apples, pecans, cinnamon and honey until fully coated.

Top the brie with the apple mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the brie is soft to the touch. Remove and let the brie rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with extra honey for a sweet kick.
-
Serve directly in the baking dish, or carefully transfer to a separate platter. Pair with apples, seeded crackers and crusty bread.
