Ingredients
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds Italian Sausage (your choice on hot or sweet)
  • 1 cup pureed zucchini (1/2 medium zucchini)
  • 1 cup pureed carrot
  • 1 cup pureed onion
  • 1 cup pureed tomato (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup pureed garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups stale Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons salt
Directions
  1. mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing ball. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes
