Ingredients
  • 18 tart shells, ready to bake
  • 1/4 cup raisins, rinsed
  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup golden corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Line tart shells on a baking sheet and place desired amount of raisins in each.
  3. Place eggs, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour filling evenly into tart shells. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
