tart shells, ready to bake

1/4 cup
raisins, rinsed

eggs, large

1 cup
light brown sugar, packed

1 pinch
salt

1/2 cup
golden corn syrup

1/4 cup
margarine or butter, melted

1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

1/4 cup
walnuts, finely chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Line tart shells on a baking sheet and place desired amount of raisins in each.

Place eggs, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour filling evenly into tart shells. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
