If making your own pie crust, mash your oreos into fine pieces (you can do this in a food processor, blender or with a gold old fashion baggie and crush with a rolling pin). Melt 4 tbsp of butter and mix into oreo pieces. Mold mixture into your pie dish to make your crust — Put in fridge for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix, High Brew Coffee and milk.
Fold in the cool whip until well combined (the mixture should begin to thicken after a minute or so)
Pour the mixture onto your prepared pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula
Freeze for at least 7 hours (or overnight to be extra safe and if you have time)
Garnish with whipped cream and oreos before serving!
