High Brew Coffee Cookies & Cream Pie

An easy and delicious no bake pie recipe using High Brew Coffee. —Emily Smith

What You'll Need
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup High Brew Mexican Vanilla Coffee
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip (1 tub)
  • 1 Oreo Pie Crust
  • Handful oreos for garnish
  1. If making your own pie crust, mash your oreos into fine pieces (you can do this in a food processor, blender or with a gold old fashion baggie and crush with a rolling pin). Melt 4 tbsp of butter and mix into oreo pieces. Mold mixture into your pie dish to make your crust — Put in fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix, High Brew Coffee and milk.
  3. Fold in the cool whip until well combined (the mixture should begin to thicken after a minute or so)
  4. Pour the mixture onto your prepared pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula
  5. Freeze for at least 7 hours (or overnight to be extra safe and if you have time)
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and oreos before serving!
