What You'll Need
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Onion, Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato, Diced
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Cooking Spray/Oil To Brush
  • Grated Cheese, To Garnish
  • Coriander, To Garnish
  1. Take a regular size microwave-safe mug and brush the mug with oil.
  2. Then take 1 egg, crackle it in the mug. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now whisk the egg with the help of a spoon or fork.
  3. Now add 1 tbsp of diced green bell pepper, onion, tomato, and grated cheese. Mix everything well.
  4. Lastly, put the mug in a microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove the mug and garnish it with grated cheese and coriander. Keep it aside for about a minute and savor it.
