Directions

Take a regular size microwave-safe mug and brush the mug with oil.

Then take 1 egg, crackle it in the mug. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now whisk the egg with the help of a spoon or fork.

Now add 1 tbsp of diced green bell pepper, onion, tomato, and grated cheese. Mix everything well.

Lastly, put the mug in a microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove the mug and garnish it with grated cheese and coriander. Keep it aside for about a minute and savor it.
