Festive Tiramisu

Tiramisu with a Christmas twist. —Emma Foster

What You'll Need
  • 15 Sponge Fingers
  • 200 grams Mascarpone
  • 50 milliliters Cream
  • 50 grams Icing Sugar
  • 2 shots Coffee
  • 2 shots Christmas Liquor or Baileys
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  1. Lay the sponge fingers out on a plate and pour over the coffee and alcohol, allow to soak for 5 minutes
  2. Whilst the sponge fingers soften, make the creamy layer by whipping together the mascarpone, icing sugar and cream
  3. Grab your glasses or jars and start with a layer of the sponge fingers, the top with some cream and repeat until you have three layers of each
  4. dust with cocoa powder and allow to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight
