Maple Pecan Granola

Author Notes: I just love making granola because it is so easy, creates a wonderful aroma that lasts for hours, and feels SOOOO good when I go to the supermarket and see how much they are charging for an itty-bitty bag that doesn't taste nearly as good as my homemade stuff. I love making my own granola...you are right! It is so easy and so much better tasting than store bought. I love using lots of coconut (unsweetened) and my secret ingredient is olive oil.

Thanks for the comment Dymnyno. I am such a fan of coconut that I find it hard to believe when people tell me they don't enjoy it.
