Chicken Cooked in Lemon Sauce in theĀ Oven

This is actually a healthy and delicious recipe, of chicken that can be cooked either directly in the oven (more healthy, with less calories) or frying chicken a bit first.
We are going to describe first type, (version), which is easier and less time consuming, more healthy as said already above.
INGREDIENTS
-A chicken either from super market or from the butcher
-Three-to five mid sized potatoes
-Three squeezed lemons
-Salt, pepper,
-i pinch mint
-olive oil
-curry, oreganon, and one teaspoonful mustard

PREPARATION
-We cut the chicken into two big equal pieces, if it's bought from butchers, or if we buy from super market one piece per packet, we use then two pieces of it.
-We put salt and pepper, as well as a pinch of mint cut into tiny pieces, and curry accordingly
-We squeeze up to three-five lemons, and we get juice,
-We cut potatoes into small pieces in form of cube, and we put all this on a pan, where we've already put the chicken with above ingredients so far.
-We put one (or two, teaspoonful mustard)
-We pour the lemon juice on it, by fixing with a big spoon
-We add the oreganon
The chicken is ready to be baked in the oven, and we bake it like this in the big pan at 170-200 C, until it makes a crust, then it's ready.
We serve with either cold beer, in summer, or white wine in winter,
