Lillet brand ambassador Lauren Trickett created this cocktail recipe, inspired by the 2009 film The Proposal, which balances the bold flavors of rosemary and lime with the delicate sweetness of Lillet Blanc and Malfy Rosa Gin. It pairs well with any Valentine's Day meal, from appetizer to dessert. —Lillet

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 parts Lillet Blanc
  • 1 part Malfy Rosa Gin
  • 3/4 part lime juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 2 parts soda water
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
Directions
  1. Shake all ingredients (except soda water) with ice, strain over fresh ice into bucket glass and top with soda.
  2. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
