Air Fryer Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza Egg Rolls are OOEY & GOOEY and so simple to make! These Pizza Egg Rolls are a great alternative to takeout pizza that both kids and adults will LOVE!
With only a handful of minutes to assemble and a quick 7 minutes in the Air Fryer these Pepperoni and Cheese Air Fryer Egg Rolls will be on the table and ready to be devoured. Trust me, if you are a pizza lover – you now have a new obsession! —A Drizzle of Delicious
Ingredients

Egg Roll Wrappers

1 teaspoon
Butter
-
1 teaspoon
Italian Seasoning

1 1/2 teaspoons
Garlic Powder

10 pieces
Pepperoni
-
5 ounces
Low Moisture Mozzerella

2 tablespoons
Parmesan Cheese
-
2 ounces
Canned Mushrooms
-
2 1/2 teaspoons
Fresh Basil

Directions

Melt butter for 15 seconds in the microwave and chop the pepperoni, basil, and cheese.

Lay an egg roll wrapper down (to the shape of a diamond) and brush melted butter across the middle, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Garlic Powder.

Lay down slices of pepperoni across the middle (leaving space along the edges so that you can wrap the roll.)

On top of the pepperoni add the cheeses.

Layer on the mushrooms.

Sprinkle fresh basil on top of the fillings.

Whisk an egg to prepare for the next step.

Take the point of the egg roll that is facing you and fold it over the fillings. Carefully lift the left and right sides folding them towards the center. Brush the top point of the egg roll wrapper with egg wash then roll the entire egg roll until sealed.

Spray with cooking spray or brush with butter.

Air Fry for 7 minutes at 400F.
