Makes: 2 cups

  • 2 cups Chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 packet grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 bunch mint leaves, chiffonade
  1. Put chickpeas, tomatoes and mint into a bowl. Toss to combine. Salt to taste.
