Riunite Lambrusco, a fruity, fizzy, and semi-sweet red wine, pairs beautifully with the bright flavors of strawberry, lemon, and basil. 1/4 teaspoon
balsamic vinegar

Earl Grey tea syrup

fresh lemon juice
Directions

Combine 2 basil leaves and diced strawberry in a shaker tin and muddle gently.

Add 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 3/4 ounce Earl Grey tea syrup (equal parts tea and sugar), and 1 ounce fresh lemon juice with ice and shake vigorously.

Open shaker tin and add 4 ounces Riunite Lambrusco.
