Ingredients

Whole Egg or 1/4 C of egg substitute

Clove of garlic

2 teaspoons
Anchovy Paste

1 teaspoon
Dijon Mustard

1/4 teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce

Juice of whole lemon

4 tablespoons
Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon
Siracha Sauce

1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Freshly ground pepper to taste

2 cups
Garlic Croutons

6 cups
Chopped Romaine

Tin of Anchovies

1 Can Black Olives drained
Directions

Place Garlic, Egg, AnchovyPaste, Dijon Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, Siracha Sauce, Freshly Ground Pepper and Grated Parmesan Cheese in Blender and Mix then add Olive Oil slowly and Blend. Store in Mason Jar.

Place Romaine in salad bowl pour on dressing and shredded Parmesan Cheese and toss well. Add croutons , anchovies ,Black Olives and extra shredded or freshly shaved Parmesan on top!
Pass the Fresh pepper grinder!

If I have some leftover crusty bread I make my own croutons.
Add grilled chicken ,shrimp or tuna for a great lunch.
