Ingredients

salmon fillets

4 tablespoons
mayonnaise

2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons
drained capers
-
1 bunch
dill
-
salt
-
pepper
Directions

Heat oven at 375F. With salmon at room temperature salt and pepper the fillets. Chop the capers and dill and mix with mayonnaise and mustard. Spread the fillets with the mayonnaise mixture. Place salmon on a cookie sheet or on foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
